Rev. Jeffrey E. Smith

Rev. Smith's ministry has been blessed by the Lord from the small fellowship of believers assembled in the Community Room at Huntington Height, Watertown, New York, on July 7, 2002, to a large fellowship at the First Baptist Church on Public Square in Watertown, New York.
Rev. Smith was born and raised in the inner city of Indianapolis IN. Was caught up in the inner city life. Rev. Smith was a professional musician for close to thirty years and again was caught up into the lifestyle of the music industry. By the Grace of God, He delivered and set him free from the bondages of death. The Lord call him into the Ministry and has given his life to be a bondservent of Jesus Christ.
Rev. Smith is the head Chaplain at the Jefferson County Jail and he is a member of the 'Clergy Staff' at the Samaritan Medical Center and Keep Home.
Rev. Smith is a counselor for substance abuse, marital, pre-marital, and family counselor. Inaddition, he counsels soldiers returning from overseas duty who are suffering from Post Tramatic Stress Disorder along with their families.
Rev. Smith has been on numerous missionary trips to Haiti and most recently, Tanzania Africa.
Assistant Pastor Robert R. Thomas Jr.
Pastor Thomas, joined the church in 2007, along with his wife Donna and three sons Zachariah, Scott, and Samson.
Pastor Thomas is the Sunday School Director, a member of the Clergy Staff at the Samaritain Medical Center and Keep Home.
